The Brief

A single story rear extension which was completed within the clients permitted development rights.

What we did

This created a large family space opening onto the rear garden with large bifolds. Planning approved drawings were upgraded to building reg standards and the expertise of our recommended structural engineer supplied calculations for the large openings and roof light.
