Upon planning permission being granted the drawings are then upgraded to a building regulation standard. This includes but is not limited to drainage plans, building specification notes for all elements of the build, sectional drawings, liaison with our structural engineer for structural calculations if required, floor plans with detailed notes and measurements to be used in the construction phase.
