
The Brief
This project began as an outline planning approval for 9 detached dwellings, garages and entrances.
What we did
Working along side the developer full plans for each dwelling, garages, parking, landscaping and boundary treatments were submitted and full planning was approved. Pre commencement conditions were discharged and each drawing was upgraded to building regulation standard working closely with the developer at all times. The end result is 9 2 / 3 story houses finished to an impeccable standard with private gardens, separate garages and front landscaped gardens.
