The Brief

This was a variation of condition in which a previous agent had obtained planning approval for internal alterations and a rear extension.

What we did

The clients decided they wished to alter the layout and external appearance with ourselves. Following planning approval the drawings were upgraded to building regulation specification. We suggested a highly skilled builder as the existing dwelling required some remedial work. The end result has surpassed our clients expectations.
